My first foray into writing a book. For most of my life, I have wondered why leadership is largely missing from society. Sure, we have lots of managers and successful people, but few leaders. Then it dawned on me, everyone thinks they are a leader (or at least can be one). Is that true? With thousands of books out there on how to be a leader, I thought I would write a book which investigates this claim. Can we all become leaders? Should we all be leaders? If everyone is leading, who is following? Perhaps the most perplexing of all: Is everyone on the same page with regard to what makes someone a leader?
This is a lighthearted book, using lots of movie references to help you investigate your perception of what a leader is, what the expectations are, and where you fit in all of this. Consistent with our school, we explore fundamental foundational elements of self in a simple, straightforward way.
