PROGRAM INFORMATION & POLICIES:
At your first session you will be given a Personal Goals questionnaire to ensure that we are working towards solutions for areas in your life you want help with.
Each program is customized and created to meet the needs of your goals and ideal outcome.
One-on-One Mentorship and Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session. We will begin promptly at your scheduled time.
Sessions cannot be scheduled without payment.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water Bottle or sports drink: Water is not provided on site.
Monthly Membership Policies-BILLING/GENERAL POLICIES:
Billing Frequency: You will be billed on the same date as your initial signup each month for your membership.
Membership Start Date: Your membership begins when you make your first payment.
Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time.
Missed Sessions: If you miss a session and forget to reschedule ahead of time this missed session will not be made up, rescheduled, or refunded.
Rescheduling a Session: Sessions may only be rescheduled during the month of payment, and must be made 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.
No-Shows/Cancellations: No-shows and cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Refunds: Unless there is a billing error, we cannot offer refunds on pre-paid coaching memberships. We are happy to reschedule a session within the same billing month, but canceled or unused sessions that were not rescheduled within the 12 hour window cannot be refunded.
Unused appointments do not roll over to the next month.
PLEASE NOTE: All memberships will renew at the standard monthly coaching rate for your chosen frequency following your initial billing period unless cancelled by the member through the membership dashboard.
